Terms of service

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service, please read it if you’re interested in a commission!My TOS is put in place to protect myself and the commissioner, as well as to help commissions go smoothly!

  • I only take payment through Paypal, fully upfront. Partial refund will be given if the commission is cancelled by the commissioner. The refund itself will depend on the amount of time already put into the commission. (If no work has been done yet, a full refund will be made)

  • The commissioner cannot use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission. The commissioner can post my art freely, but please credit me!

  • Commissioners who are interested in my art for commercial purposes must ask me and will receive an upcharge for commercial permissions.

  • I have every right to refuse a commission! Please be nice <3

  • I may charge extra to sudden big changes to the comm as I am making it, you'll be warned of the upcharge beforehand!

  • I do not accept commissions with deadlines, if you have a commission needed for a certain date, please tell me at least a month in advance! My commissions may take anywhere from a few days to a month or so, especially for larger commissions.

I'm okay with drawing... blood, gore, and mild nudity!I will NOT draw... complex machinery, and any art directing hate toward a person or group of people.(If you'd like to check my rules on NSFW commissions, click here)

How can I commission you?Dm me on discord (Xanycki#2965)!After an invoice is paid off I’ll send wips and ask if things look alright for each step of the way of the commission to make sure everything is how ya like it!Whenever a comm is finished, I’ll send a google drive link for the clear PNG image.anything $25 or more get extra file goodies!
You'll get Procreate and Photoshop files of the art, speedpaint of the commission, all initial sketches (without watermark), as well as a thank you doodle for commissioning me!

Complex backgrounds, small loop animations and extra characters will upcharge. The price depends on the commission!
